What is a Lunch & Learn?

A lunch and learn is where we come to your place of work and educate everyone on work place wellness. We cover how to prevent work place injuries from repetitive work, like at a computer, carpel tunnel syndrome, stress and fatigue reduction, headaches, neck and shoulder pain and more.

We also share streches and tools to keep you out of pain and how to maintain the benefits of massage you do receive. This is done in a fun and informative way during any lunch or meeting time.
